This mountain speck, obtained by processing carefully selected lean pork legs of European origin, is made sweet and delicate by slow seasoning and a slight smoking. The secret is in the special mix of spices, ranging from juniper berries to cinnamon to laurel: a set of characteristic aromas for a cold cut perfect to be enjoyed at any time.
