Company
origins go back to 1940, when Remigio Lazzeri devoted
himself to the art of house butcher.
When his son Alessandro was 10 years old started on working
with his father and learned the secrets that make the
Bresaola a remarkable cured meat.
Alessandro Lazzeri, real firm’s founder, in 1960
opened a butcher’s shop with a workroom for Bresaola
production.
After few years it has been built a factory that has been
widened and modernized several times.
